- Ordering:

Once we have confirmed the availability of the goods and received payment from you, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

- Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We will refund the cost of the goods but not the cost of delivery, unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
